Most people's money is scattered across banks, apps and spreadsheets that never talk to each other. Dobits brings it together in one place and puts an Agent inside: it knows your numbers, listens to you and prepares what you need. You decide; it takes care of the rest.

Pablo Santamaria

CEO and founder

Pablo founded Dobits so that managing money, your company's and your own, stops being a source of noise. He is the CEO and designed and built the platform end to end.

Since 2022 he has worked with Hispanic entrepreneurs who run companies in the United States: with Connecting Startup he has helped form more than 100 LLCs. Before that he founded Hacklet, the software studio that shapes Dobits, and he has worked on crypto products since 2017.

He saw the same thing again and again: people who earn well and still don't know how much is truly theirs to spend. Dobits is his answer.

Carlos Gallego

Head of sales

Carlos has spent more than 25 years selling and running companies. He was an industrial entrepreneur in Spain, supplying cutting tools and precision machinery to metal and furniture workshops and manufacturers, and in 2011 he co-founded Diatec Innovation.

He then moved into sales leadership at CBC Business Club and today, at Connecting Startup, helps professionals, companies and agencies organize their international structure and operations.

At Dobits he leads sales with the philosophy he has always had: speak plainly, understand each client's real numbers and build long-term relationships.

Edwin Carcaño

Advisor

Edwin brings Dobits independent judgment and a long-term view. He was Director General (CEO) of the Nuevo León State Highway Network in Mexico, with about 20 billion pesos in assets and three securitizations totaling close to 15 billion pesos.

He founded the think tank Mundo Generacional and is a leading authority on Spanish-speaking generations: eight books, more than 1,200 columns and more than 500 talks. He teaches executive courses in international economic policy, portfolio management and international marketing.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and trained in corporate governance and board practice at IGOME.

Antonio Gimeno

Investor relations (external)

Antonio works with Dobits externally on partner and investor relations. He presents the project, prepares every conversation and supports each person who joins, so they understand what they are part of and how it is progressing.

His work bridges two worlds: capital, which asks for clarity and numbers, and a team that builds product. With him, every partner gets the same information, on time and without embellishment.
